Default Airflo customer service

Hi there,

Just wondering if anyone has previous experience of dealing with Airflo customer service - my ridge line (2-3 months old) snapped as i was taking line from the reel when i was on holiday despite looking, feeling and acting like it was in perfect nick! I just want to know if they're likely to replace it or if I'm going to have to burn all my airflo stuff and start boycotting them

Cheers

Exact same thing happened to me Jamie. I sent the broken section back which was about 6inches and they sent me a brand new better model rod the day after they received the broken section. I was still using the rod when it was broken as there was only 6inches missing so now I have 2 rods

Airflo are generally good and will replace if the line was faulty. You will probably have to send it to them to prove it wasn't wrapped around a propeller or something else.
If it's a genuine fault they will replace.
