Default Magazine subscription time

After 2 years with Trout Fisherman I think it's time for a change. I've just started tying my own flies and started Loch fishing again, what mag would you recommend?

Well, I would love to subscribe to Adventure FIshing but cant find them anymore so perhaps they folded.

There is Steve Cullen's mag (he is on here) which is pretty good and I do love The Field but, in general, all seems to be a rehash year in and year out.

The best mags I have read are a few in SA (skiboat) and America.

I was astounded in Hamburg Airport to see just how many mags they do for the German market - there must have been about 6-8 that I saw inc several for Fly Fishing. Go into a big WH Smith here and you are lucky to find one

Should the subscription gift sway me? I don't really need another flee box

Must admit the Flyfishing & Fly-tying does appeal to me though.

2 years is all you need of any how-to magazine. You surely need a change.

Open your horizons with Waterlog Magazine it's quarterly and you will never throw a copy away.

When my local newsagent closed back in May I had to cut down from four mags to two so as my wife gave me TFF as a gift I only now buy T&S. FF&FT do lots of fly patterns and TF is a good read, but those are the two I prefer of the four.
