I work from home so I sit in my office all day 5 days a week. I always used to listen to the radio (radio 5) but recently I have taken to listening to the Orvis fly fishing pod casts.

They are great to listen to while working but sadly they only do one a week, I was wondering if anyone else knew of any other pod casts about fly fishing I could listen to?

I have enough trouble with a spey cast never mind a pod cast.


I went off the Orvice thing when looking for the iPhone app. Most apps are downloaded for a few pence but it seems this isn't enough for them.

AH - you got me curious so just been on the app store...£10.49 for an app?! Are they having a laugh?!

Chris, not sure if you've done this but if you search 'fly fishing' on iTunes there are 121 podcasts in the category, not sure if any of them will float you're boat!

God yeah...buying the app, you'd be stupid, I listen to the orvis casts through the computer, they dont cost anything+ i sit at my pc at least 8hrs a day.

Orvis is also us based but still can filter out the stuff that doesnt apply to UK.

Just clicked that link.....I tried that one once before and the sound was such bad quality I couldnt listen to it. I think it might be my bb connection as its been slow recently but it this link looks really good so thanks for making me remeber it.
I'll look into how to making it sound better

I might be one of the only people in the world that doesnt have an ipod or itunes so I havent searched that.....maybe I should look into it....do you have yo pay for itunes?

Oh and yes I did realise after I posted the thread it might sound like a question about casting!

I wonder how long it will be until someone comes up with a different cast that they call a pod cast
