Dulais Neath

Hi all
Just wondering if anyone has any info on the Dulais - basically can I keep my catch or is it catch & release? Also the best flies to use.
Been given a ticket to fish it on the weekend, so want to make the most of it as I haven't fished here before (although I have wanted to all summer) and it will probably be my last fishing session of the year, due to other commitments.
