Just thought i would fire a post up to say i was recently quite impressed with the quality of service i got recently when returning with a defective pair of Wychwood Neoprene wellies. Bought them wore them once and the seam split on the right boot [not overly amused with a wet right foot all day lol]. Took them back to the shop and the guy working was so apologetic and swapped them for a new pair no qualms, didn't even want to see my receipt. Spot on and would happily part with my cash in there again.
