Has anyone got any experience of this company ?.
I ask because I had never heard of them before and only found them doing a google search one evening.

On Sunday i made an order with them of 8 items , and was expecting an email from them Monday evening saying they have completed the order and has been sent out. Nothing , Tuesday - Nothing.
they are not exactly what you would call keen on taking money.
And i would have thought companies would take any sale at the moment because of the way things are lol.
I got an automated email of the order telling me the order total but no details of delivery, on there site is says at cost and in the terms it states £1 or £2 is the usual for small jiffy bags.

i got fishing jacket from them last year .i had it within a week delivered to south of ireland .i found them very good.

I live in carlisle and am in there a lot, it is a family run place and very friendly... if you phone the number on the website im sure they will get onto it ASAP... phoning always seems to be the best bet.

I have found them very good but by no means of the imagination a "slick operation" when it comes to e-trading. I usually e-mail my order to ascertain availability and then place order by phone. Good quality kit and prompt delivery.

Used them a few times and never had an issue with them. better than some others I won't mention

So sounds like they are good just not quick lol.
Will see if a phone call helps.

Been on the phone and the hold up was down to Veniard with an order. and John has sadly been ill recently and is taking a bit longer to recover, But the lovely woman i got on the phone has come up with an alternative for the Veniard items and is adding an other spool of thread for the same price as Johns.

So i wish John a speedy recovery.

I was not complaining about there service , just wandering on there speed lol.
But it is a shop i have kept in my bookmarks and will use them again

the 2 ladies that work there are Johns wife and daughter... both lovely and really friendly... and thats why i always end up spending more than intended!!! they talked me into it... honest guv... at least thats what i tell the mrs!!!

Lol i can see why you would spend more money with them. Very polite and friendly.
I asked if she wanted the order number and the reply was no just 2 items from the order will do.
gave her the first 2 items and she said ah yes i remember that order please hang on. and within a couple of mins was all sorted.

Will be bale to tie up some of wee jimmys heather flies and an other pattern for the water i fish.
