Afraid you only get what you pay for when it comes to breathables in fact some cost a fortune and leak no problem ,class them as disposables

I would highly recommend Greys G series breathables, very good value for money and comfortable too if you're a little larger than the average bear.

Good tip from Vermontdrifter about the boots.

I am a size 7 in a shoe and an 8 in a boot, as I don't live too far from the shop. I went and tried them on and had to take the boots 2 sizes bigger than my shoe size....They are small made but excellent value for money........Jim

Another vote for the G series from me. Not the most breathable to be honest but the material is pretty durable.

I got some Scierra CC3 (I think they're CC3) on offer half price from Go Outdoors website for £69.99. I think they still have some left although in limited sizes. I bought some Regatta walking boots again on offer at the same place for £16.99 then spent a fiver on some wading studs. Nice cheap setup!
