Re: Grafham tomorrow
The most productive method from boat and bank has been to carefully explore areas close to the shore with nymphs on floating lines or slow sinkers. Successful patterns have been hares ears, diawl bachs and crunchers accompanied by shrimp patterns. In contrast, some success has been achieved in the boats using a Di3 with flashy patterns over deep water, particularly around the B, K and G buoys.
Although good results have come from the bank at G buoy, Marlow Stones, the Willows, the Dam, the Seat and Sailing Club Bay other areas such as the Stumps, Hill Farm and Church Bay may be worth exploring. The more settled weather forecast this week should improve prospects.
off the anglian water reports, but its fishing hard
