Default Where do you keep yours?

I keep my fishing tackle in the garden shed which doubles as the dogs shed , paint store , garden equipment etc.
God help the burgler that tries to enter coz he won't get backout intact

The kit needs to be well out of the dogs reach

The fly tying stuff is in the back bedroom / office.

Where do you keep all your stuff for safety?

In the house under lock and key-already had all my gear stolen from a garden shed in north London which resulted in me not doing Any fishing for 28 years! There again I didn't have a dog living in it-and he would have been in kennels as we were away for a week's holiday when the bast---s robbed me!

Eldest son sold his house, moved all his stuff into ours and bu&&ered off to NZ. Other son gave up his flat, moved in with his gf and moved his stuff back into ours.

I am now tying on a collapsible kitchen chair in the back room, and my gear is spread across 2 bedrooms and the front room, somewhere behind a lot of cardboard boxes. Landing net and waders in the garage.

I think.

Most of mine is in the fishing car ready to go. The stuff I daren't leave in the car like flies are in my study as is all my fly tying stuff and spare gear.

Archived tackle from sixty years till now is lovingly stored in an attic room formerly my office.

The appalling irony is in this day and age, if a burglar did break in and hurt himself, he would probably try to sue you.

The Pirate.
