Default do you eat what you catch??

Simple questions.
1. Do you eat all you catch?
2. Do you eat none of what you catch and palm off on friends?
3. Or do you put them all back to save the effort of cleaning and giving away?

Well?

If a fish is too small or out of condition I will return it. If not I will eat it, always.

None of the above.
Most go back, some to family, friends or neighbours and some I keep.

None of the above. I release everything. Not because it will "save the effort of cleaning and giving away" but rather because (i) I don't like the taste of freshwater fish; (ii) it makes me feel better and (iii) promotes conservation and sustainable fish stocks.

must admit conservation should be our main aim.

Stocked Stillwater fish yes
In size Seafish yes (unless it's a Bass under 2.5lb and over 6lb then they go back)
Wild Brownies no

Kill and eat the majority of stocked trout I catch, if I have enough in the freezer then they go back.
Kill and eat the majority of sea fish I catch unless I have plenty in the freezer then as above they go back. The only exception to this is regarding bass. I will only take a few fish each year, if they are takeable size, and as the other poster I release all the larger specimens.
I have no qualms in taking wild trout if there is a healthy sustainable population but I limit my bag to what I can eat at the time, I don't stock the freezer with these.
If the rules allow I will always take my limit of salmon/sea trout. I only fish for these a couple of times a year and if what I kill is could be detrimental then I believe we shouldn't be fishing for them at all.
In short I enjoy catching and eating fish, particularly wild fish.
