Default Rain Rain GO AWAY

Seems this season is destined to be the worst in my 30 years of fishing the Tweed. It's pretty much in flood every time I have the opportunity to go fishing. I do lochs, and don't even mind fishing in the rain, but please can I have my river back.
There said it, now where's my vice, nowt else to do.....
My fly box is filling up rapidly this year however.........

tight lines.

Be careful what you wish for.... In my area of the US we got close to 56cm of rain in the spring/early summer. I did not start building an ark but I certainly stopped making fun of the people that were. Then as if someone through a switch the rain ceased and sun came out and for the past month the temps have been over 37c with heat indices over 45. You pretty much take 10 paces outside and burst into flames.
