Question Unusual catches?

Ok...So other than a fish what else have you managed to catch?
I was up at Kennick last week when someone who shall remain namless.....( Richard ).....! Caught 2 ducks in quick succession.
I've had a coot that dived under the water and grabbed the green Montana and then protested rather loudly when I had to retrieve it!

In my angling career I've caught a dead sheep floating in a reservoir, a live sheep on a back cast. That took a bit of playing. I've caught two anglers, a bat sea trout fishing, a dace, and a John Doray caught in Boscastle Harbour on a spinner.

A swan on straight lined nymphs and a dab chick on a 3 inch minkie
also a mast and sail on draycote from the depths.

I forgot....I once had a racing Gig off Teignmouth whilst spinning for mackerel. It took most of my line and I was left spitting feathers!

A big freshwater pearl mussel, released safely. Learned that at that size the population is 90+ years old.
