can anybody tell me cheapest place to get rabbit skin allready treated to make flies.

Hi Terry. E-mail Steve Cooper at Cookshill Fly Tying. I'm sure he sells rabbit body fur and complete skins as well and won't charge the eartth either.

cure your own.its easy just scrap the skin till all the **** is off then put it in the washing machine on a low heat and wash with bio washing stuff that will cure it and any skin you like hows that then.

theres a bit more to it pm me if you need to know.

That is exactly what I do, but after I've washed and dried it I rub BORAX in, that cures it just fine

never heard of this way of doing it! does the skin end up soft or brittle/hard?

come on share... whats the bit more to it
