can anybody tell me cheapest place to get rabbit skin allready treated to make flies.

cure your own.its easy just scrap the skin till all the **** is off then put it in the washing machine on a low heat and wash with bio washing stuff that will cure it and any skin you like hows that then.

That is exactly what I do, but after I've washed and dried it I rub BORAX in, that cures it just fine

Of course it does help if one has a rabbit!

bigtel if you are not in a hurry for it PM me to remind me when the winter starts.I take the ferrets out in the winter can easily send you a few skins .

never heard of this way of doing it! does the skin end up soft or brittle/hard?
