I hope this is the correct forum for this. Having previously purchased flies from Gerry at Artifly and knowing the pitfalls I unfortunately ordered again in April.
I'm still waiting for the flies and after numerous e-mails still no reply or flies. My question is 'has anyone got an idea on how I can get Gerry to send the flies or at least give me a reply to my e-mails'
I look forward to all responses, although I don't need to be told I'm a daft ******

This is a common thread from posters and you would be better to do a search on the subject where you will find answers to your questions and any action to take for a result.
