Default A real stinker

Can anyone in the tackle trade, or outside it for that matter, give me an authoritative definition of a stink bag? I am currently in dispute with a retailer who maintains that a landing-net bag with an open mesh panel at the front (presumably to allow the net placed within it to dry) is a stink bag, while I contend that a stink bag must be totally enclosed to prevent smell (stink) from the net escaping. Any thoughts?
Angus

Just googled "stink bag" -

The overwhelming entries point to a bag manufactured by Chub that is sealed at one end and have a draw cord at the other end to completely seal a landing net to guard against leakages.

Google

No brainer really ...

Kind regards

Hi guys; IMHO the best one on the market is the Snowbee Wet sack. I've used the same one for years for salt and fresh water smellies. Totally water and odour proof.
