Default Longer Tapered leaders...

I've had some of the great tapered leaders from here and used them to some success. I find they definately tangle less and present much better than using a single strand of fluro with droppers tied on...

Does anyone know where i can buy some tapered leaders with 2 droppers that are longer than 12 ft long (around 15-18ft)? I would make my own but i have pigs teats for fingers...

Cheers folks,

Stevie

Does anyone manufacture continuously tapered leaders ?
Getting a little tired of the standard level butt section , taper , and level tip format.
Looking for lengths around the 12-15 foot mark.

A simple Google came up with Fulling Mill Fluoro 15ft 2x dropper

Hi ibm

Would a continuous taper be an advantage, I would imagine the butt end would be good but a tip would give it a very finite lifespan?

Not if you tack a wee leader ring onto the tippet end

Ahhh, I see, you mean attach a level tip of your own

I use micro rings to attach a few feet of tippet but hadn't really thought about it before..... with a level tip on the TL you are just extending it with tippet, so a continuous taper would seem to be a better idea
