Zhu fly fishing gear warranty?

Hello i just ask if any forum member has any problem with zhu fly gear and did you make contact and what was outcome. i am still waiting for a replacement reel and silk line after 2 or more months. he promised to send replacements but does not return my emails too. do you think its a lost cause!!!!! thankyou
