Default Broken Airflo Tip Section advice

Hi,
My friend's Airflo tip section has snapped, looking for advice on warranty if any as well as how are airflo to deal with? Don't have the spec just 10 ft 6/7 4pc. Rod was a gift and don't know if there is any receipt or warranty card.

Thanks in advance
Kevin

Ring Fishtec/Airflo, they will ask you to send back the broken section plus (I think) £20 and they will send a replacement

This may help

Airflo Rods
All have a Lifetime warranty (except Classic, Classic Plus, and Delta). Please return the broken section along with a covering letter detailing your name, address, the model, length and line rating of the rod in question along with the payment of £25.00. If the model of rod is no longer available, a suitable replacement from the current range will be supplied. Please call 0871 911 7001 or email info@bvg-airflo.co.uk if you have any queries.

Hi rankin930

Don't worry ring Hardy /Greys customer service dept explain and I'm 99.99% certain they will ask you to send it in with the necessary broken bits and a £40 cheque.

In the event of a claim, send your rod section(s) with your payment, securely packaged to:

Customer Services Department,
Hardy & Greys Limited,
Willowburn,
Alnwick,
Northumberland,
England
NE66 2PF

You may send us your payment by cheque, or by credit/debit card in which case, please give us your name as it appears on the card, your card number and expiry date.
Broken sections

For tips, you need only send the bottom 10cm/4ins, for middle sections, the bottom and top 10cm/4ins. For the butt section, the spigot and top 5cm/2ins. We will match a new replacement to the broken section. When returning broken section, you must state model, length, line size and rod serial number. Please advise daytime telephone number and daytime delivery address.

Hope you go on ok.

Thanks for the advice guys, the Rod is a 10' TEC PS 4 pc 6/7. Pretty much discontinued, would be ideal to pick up a full rod 2nd hand for around the same as a tip for £25. Unlikely but if anyone has a spare unwanted as above PM me

Thanks again
Kevin
