Default Scottish Youth Team

Just a wee note to wish the boys all the very best of luck in their International on the Lake this week.

I know they have worked hard all year and some of the new boys are quite young , but I am sure they will all do us proud.

A big thanks is also due to all the guys who give up their time to help and train the boys to have them ready for the " big day "

Tight Lines to you all , lets see you bring back a Gold Medal each

ATB guys, I'm hoping to quaify next year

May I suggest a booby on the point, marabou tailed diawl bach on the middle dropper and a cLmhartreuse cormie on the point, fish it figure of eight or short tweaks on a fast gass, the marabou DB is a cracker fished as a lure, I have 'em in loads of colours, but the dressing is -

Green Marabou tail
Peacock herl body
Lime floss ribbed

Was this a suggestion for the Scots only, or all the national teams taking part

Good luck to all the young anglers taking part, great experience.

Mate all the other nationalities can read as well

I will be a boatman, and while I will of course be rooting for the Scots', I will be doing what I can for my "boat" whoever is sitting in it.

Flytyingguy.I don't think much of your chances of getting into the Scottish youth team next year,if you post ''your, Go to'' cast's/patterns on a public forum.
