Depends on what you are after. Some really nice brownies in Achray, hope you are fishing from a boat.
Billy.

if these addresses dont help, phone the achray hotel im sure their the only ones who hire boats for achray as there is no bank fishing for trout, might find it full off campers with getto blasters though as was this time last year

The chap who has the boats on Loch Katrine will put a boat on Achray for you. Mind you Katrine is a nice loch for wild brownies if the weather is right, they have electric engines on the boats now and plenty batteries as well. Good luck.
Billy.

Thanks for the info guys. I ended up fishing Drunkie as I did not have the time to organise a boat for Achray.
Anyway, after getting a permit, discovered that the forest drive gate was not open until 10am, by the time I got organised it was blistering hot and flat calm
Not the easiest access from the northern side, wading was ok, if nothing else it kept me cool. a lot of life on the water but I only seen one fish rise. Too hot, I guess, had a few knocks but ended up with nothing. Great value at a fiver
Still, lovely weather, great surroundings and as I write this I am sitting on the bank having a cold beer. ( the wife is driving )
Ah, what to do tomorrow ??
