Default Spooling my Fly reel

I've a Scierra D-Lite Fly Reel 9-11 (capacity WF10 + 180m backing advertised online)

I'm loading it with backing of which I've a 250M 30lbs and then Greys Platinum Spey WF9 (60ft)

Will my lines fit if I put the full lot on...?, it's a smaller fly line but more backing, I reckon it should be about there...?

Also any top tips appreciated, it's my first time....

Put the line on first, then the backing till it fills the spool. Cut the backing there and take backing and line off then put back on, backing first this time

As above, but i also find if you drop the backing into a tub of water & reel it on, it helps the backing bed down better.
