Good luck to all the teams but, obviously I hope England pi55 it (again)

We have competed with the EYFA lads in a couple of recent matches and they are incredibly mature anglers for their ages. Last Monday I spent all day with one of them in the AWA match and he conducted himself really well throughout, not even complaining about my swearing

I daren't think how good they will be in 5-10 years time given where they are now and the coaching they have had from Rob, Phil and Carl.

Menteith will be a real challenge for the team as it is a new venue, but I am sure they will acquit themselves well.

Charlie

The England youth lads have worked very hard this year, as they do every year, plenty of training days, and recent success in the AWAI, as well as many individual perfomances means they have some great strength & depth to the team this year.

My first year as coach, alongside Phil, aka Chickenfish, and it's been a pleasure to coach the lads, where they have needed it... We're off to Menteith this afternoon, and I cat wait!

As Rob has said, I know who I'd have my wages on if I were a gambling man.

Best of Luck to all who are competing.

Carl
