For the third year running I've blogged our annual wild brownie fishing holiday in Assynt.

This brings back memories, it's a fabulous area, so thanks. I spent two weeks there some years ago and managed to get snowed in during June. Later this summer it's the high lochs and Munros of Torridon again and the battle with the midges, and hopefully a fish or two.

Fantastic read. I bet fishing with you guys would be a laugh but unfortunately I would have left you behind at 8 am

I have also felt many a strange thing walking those hills, especially in the evening. Like someone's going to hit you over the head from behind.
