Can anyone tell me what this fly is please as i can't remember where i got it from and have only got one left and its the only thing i can catch fish with lol...

Very witty ,I'm not sure what it is,possibly a G/H GRHE with a couple of biots tied in along it sides

If you dont find out what it is, try a goldhead damsel.
I think you'll find it just as deadly if not more so.

Looks like it could be some kind of G/H Sedge Pupae to me, but a clearer pic would help.

I have tried a goldhead damsel and not caught anything with that so far.
