Welcome Tazz. Great idea to get a casting lesson or two. It's well worth it. I'm sure some of the west coasters will be able to steer you in the right direction.

Hi there Tazz82,

Hello and welcome to this wonderful forum i have had so much help of people on here its been the best thing i did joining this.

I too am a newbie and trying different things rods and lines and all its costing me a bomb lol..

I was given this web site http://www.flycastingscotland.co.uk/index.html and spoke to John and he is a great guy. I have had a lesson or too and this has now stopped me buying as much gear lol but once you get into this you will love it.

Many Thanks

Graham
