Hi mate. I have the original Gordon 13' #9. I love it and wouldnt part with it. I notice you are in Ayrshire. I am in Dalry 3 days a week if you wanted to get together and have a cast of it just drop me a PM and we will see what we can sort.
I use a rio windcutter multi tip 8/9/10 on it just now but had a shot of some vision 31grm shooting heads with it at a recent day on the Tay. They flew!!!

Hope this helps.
Paul

No problem. I havent used the Gordon2 but i really do like my Gordon. At the moment i live in Aberdeen so fishing the Dee and Don. Been up here for 3 years but I will be permanently moving home (Kilwinning) at the end of the month.
Im looking to get the Dalry ticket next year and i take days on various rivers lochs when available.

Let me know if you change your mind. Also dont be afraid to stick shooting heads on the rod!

Tight lines
Paul
