Only used them for sea fishing gear, they've been quick and efficient. One time I placed an order overnight and they phoned me first thing the next day with a query. Pretty impressive.

Cr@p in my experience, ordered a net, nothing after 10 days, didnt reply to emails, after 20 or so phone calls I got through to the company retard who said she would ring back....she didnt. After a lot of time wasting I got hold of the manager who is equally useless and condescending, I would have throttled the **** if I had been face to face....no I dont rate Lathams
