Default Result from barnsfold

Just returned from fishing barnsfold water with dave harrison(141saxon). Dave had two rainbows largest over three pounds and one two pound rudd. I had one blue about a pound and a half, broke a leader-four pound on a big trout i never saw and had a size 16 buzzer hook break off on a five pound plus brownie i had all the way to the net-only wanted wets and very little surface activity. Not bad weather wise, but many anglers blanked. Another difficult day. Westlow mere our next destination!

Yeah-fishing's the game-not always catching or there wouldn't be any point doing it. Nice day though it didn't start well and Windy-how many days at \Barnsfold Aren't windy? But it was a day out and lots of lovely Fresh Air!

I've only been twice, first time windy and wet, second lost through the bad knots, but I like it...strange I know, but for two small ressies they seem to have a lot of character, maybe it's the weather? Say within a five minute spell it went from choppy, to mill pond to light ripple.
Good stuff though, weather wasn't too bad for you, and you were out in the great outdoors, doesn't get any better...well, apart from when you bag up.

Tight lines when you get to Westlow
