Default Airflo customer service...

I broke my airflo rod and have been assured by them they'll fix it or send me a new one once I send it to them as it's under warranty.
My question is has anybody had any experience with a similar sort of thing with airflo? I'm a bit worried I'll be waiting for weeks for them to do anything. The lady on the phone didn't sound too helpful.

Not been my recent experience, Gareth Jones emailed me and got the problem sorted, very quickly.

Sounds as though they have good intentions to sort it for you.A friend of mines Greys rod broke on its first outing but they still charged him £40 for the replacement section

all the best Nick

Airflo Customer Services are fine. Especially if you deal with Glenda or GJ.

But Orvis UK are way ahead of everyone else IMHO.

I'd just like to say thanks to air flo for there excellent customer service. They sent me a whole new rod the day after they received the broken tip that I sent them. So now I have a better rod than I started off (I unknowingly bought a dated model that's not in production anymore) and I still have the broken rod (which I used whilst broken on about 5-10 occasions!) and I must say I am very happy with the new one. It's a delta classic 9'6 #6/7 so not you're average sage but it casts brilliantly, I'm still yet to find out what it feels like with a lump on the end. Now where's that thread about having expensive gear.....
