I'm in the area. Is this fair any good for fishing - trade stands, demos etc?

The game fair is GREAT for anglers and a fantastic day out for ALL the fam. Dont miss it mate you wont be dissapointed.

Very expensive to get in but apart from that its a great day out and plenty great fly tying and fishing stands. The food stalls are the nutz and the cakes are well worth going for on its own!

There is also the Galloway Country Show (Dumfries area) which is in August, the 20th i believe. £10 per day entry and about the same per night for the camping. Its a great weekend for the family, and great value. Puts "T in the park" to shame, lol.
