Thought I'd post this up as these days its far to easy for retailers take your money and not care at all about customer service or satisfaction.

I've just come back from the Hart Flyshop in Exebridge where I took the wife to have a look at rods and reels for her since she is now starting to learn to fly fish and I must say the service we received from Lewis Hendrie was outstanding.

It was a busy shop but he took the time and patience to ensure that she had the right rod and reel for her and let her test rods whilst providing feedback on lines etc.

In a time where retailers are more interested in how much money they can make it is very refreshing to find one in the Hart Flyshop who appears more interested in their customer than anything else.

Well done Lewis, as she moves through her flyfishing learning curve she will always return to someone she trusts for advice and kit upgrades.

hello that is good to hear, i did say it would be ideal to have on this forum a list of tackle shops either internet or proper shop that gives a good service and those not so, then those not so will give more effort. anyway happy fishing to you both

Ill second your comments. Ive bought a few things from them online and the service has been superb.
