Default fantasy land

Hi
With the Euro Millions lottery fund at £105 million what would you do with the dosh if you won on Saturday ?

Me I would ask the AWA if I could buy my own boats and put them on each of there waters, I would get a house with a lake in the grounds , I would fish around the world like Gobson Preen and I would sponsor the England youth / senior team.
Dream on

How about you ?

After paying off the upcoming wedding, i would take her indoors on holiday round the world for a couple of months... the rod would also be packed... i would fish anywhere i could before coming home and buying alderneuk fishery and paying wullie and wilma to keep the fishery working the way they do at the minute... then i'd buy a big house and a few nice cars... as well as looking after the family and all my close friends... there would also be a massive party and a box at anfield! the list of things could go on and on but that would be the first few bits to do!

I'd buy a big plot of land back in the US which had a stream through it. I'd have a pond/lake for bass and the stream for trout, all tucked within about 1500 acres or more.

I would take a trip or two here or there, namely Taimen somewhere, tarpon somewhere, and maybe roosterfish in baja. Of course alaska would be on the list for next year's runs.

Aside from that, I'd sit on most of it to ensure I was comfortable fishing and hunting for the rest of my life.

thanks
rick

I'm not sure £105M would be enough for what I want to do but it would be a useful start.
Starting from the top of the catchment on my local river I'd like to buy out all the dairy farms, stop maize growing, rip out the land drains and generally restore the river bank habitat.

You've got to have a dream...

Hi
What is the river called , how long is it , how much in trouble is it in?
105 m should get you a lot done.
Suppose you achieve all your dreams what would you do with the river?

My guess would be Montana (almost anywhere) or SW Idaho ... and he'll get a hell of a lot more land than that .....

Buy some fishing somewhere, give loads to mountain rescue/RNLI friends/family, buy a decent house but not too stupid, lots of holidays, pay a lawyer to get Robson Green and Piers Morgan off the telly!

If the Americans knew Morgan fabricated pics of our troops commiting war crimes to sell copies of his tawdry rag he's be hung from a lamp post, little American advertising campaign would do the trick

Now that IS darned interesting. Piers Morgan is one of CNN's new Talking Heads.

Quite a read Darren, quite a read:
