I fished the river at Grantown on Spey many years ago and did well with a Munro Killer on a size 8. Sorry I cannot give advice about the water, or current successful Spey flies. You read reports, hundreds of them, of successful catches on Scotlands best salmon river, but never a mention of the flies that were used . It must be a big secret.

I was trawling through magazines and came across the Green Highlander(Spey Pattern) as highly recommended.
