Default Brownies in Scotland

Hi all
Can anyone suggest some holiday destinations in Bonny Scotland? The wife and I heading over sometime at the end of July early august. We will be travelling from norn iron so would like somewhere on the east coast but that's not set in stone.
The wife is studying during the day so that leaves me the days free to fish(perfect arrangement). What I'm after is somewhere that has some nice river fishing for trout and possibly some sea trout fishing but that's not a priority. The wife would like some nice restruants and walks.

Come upto north Ayrshire. Largs offers a good base for a fishing base. Hill loch with both bowns, rainbows, pike & plenty others.
