I just wanted to say publicly how impressed I am with their customer service. Its always when things go wrong that you find out what a company is really like.
I had a problem with a line I got from them, it was a floating one but sections of it started sinking!
Mailed them Sun, didnt expect much as the line was "free" as part of a deal - old model trion + free line (I guess to get rid of them)
Got a reply on mon and the replacement line turned up today
I don't even need to send the other one back - thought I would so they could verify the problem
