Default Early Morning Session at the Lake
Is anyone going to the early morning at the lake this Saturday. If its anything like last year it will be great!!!!

It will be well stocked this weekend Jim. As far as i know it hasn,t been stocked all week due to the fulling mill being on. Plenty of residents as well.

Fishing it on saturday with Maharg, though not the early morning session, day session for us, i guess we'll be stockie bashing then

Was out this morning. I thought with the weather we had that the lake wouldn,t fish especially when we arrived to see an east wind.How wrong was I, there were fish up all morning and some nice overwintered with some big ones among them.We finished the short session with 24 fish landed to the boat. If you haven,t fished an early morning then l would try it. The next one is the 2 July

Stevie it was colder than normal for this time of year and the rise wasn,t as good as last year at this time although one of the best rises of this season. You will need to show me how its done agin for the next one if your home.aye right

Hopefully be at the next one, none of our boys could make it. Can only back up what Jim is saying, best session on the lake. Congratulations to both you, Stevie and your team mates in the Anglian and to the rest of the Scottish teams that made the Grand Final

Cheers Campbell it was a hard week but we got there in the end. Hopefully see you at the next one and l may need to put my chef hat on again. It wasn't open yesterday
