Default Anglian Waters

Looking forward to this weekend as I'll be fishing Grafham, Rutland and Pitsford. Any tips for fishing these waters at this time of year would be much appreciated.

Thanks in Advance

Messy

Keep any eye on the forecast for the weekend, it's along way to come to be blown off the water.

The water at Ravo has coloured up badly so i wouldn't recomend there until it has cleared. That said, there are still plenty to be caught if you can get their attention.

Plenty of fish in the main basin at Rutland - from Normanton Church to the dam. Seem to be feeding on daphnia and pin fry. Also fish along Yellowstones and Old Hall in the south arm last week-end (WSW wind). Things can change pretty quickly at Rutland so as WJ said, have a chat with the wardens they'll give you the latest.
Have fun !!!!!
