Roll Cast your information tells very little for members to help. However, your best source of information is at Haddo Trout Fishery in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, who are agents for Mike Barrios lines I would have thought.

PS
Why do you want this information?

What a great question.
Now you would have thought that the manufacturer of lines would tell you that given that the ratio of leader butt to line tip thickness is critical to get a consistent and correct turnover of flies.
If you go back through the threads you will see that I am fanatical about leader design (I have over two hundred individual designs that I have collected and documented) so a question like this raises my interest.
I have now measured the thickness of hundreds of lines and they all very in some small way. The cheaper the line, the thicker the tip seems to be a continual observation.
I have a relatively inexpensive micrometer which I use to test the tip on all of my lines. I even re-test them if I change them around (I am also a DT fanatic).
I will be interested what people say about this given that the thickness of the butt of your leader should be no less than 60% (and probably no more than 70%)of the thickness of the line tip.
You may need to find someone with a micrometer to answer the question for your specific question.

Somewhere on the tinternet or private journal? Would be interested in seeing your research, I'm fascinated by leader design but don't have the time to experiment enough.

Not everyone has a micrometer handy. It would also be usual if both line and leader manufactures matched things up.I think this would be both usual for both beginners and experienced anglers alike, especially for turnover, nail and needle knots and such like

Thanks Phillip

We have a set of calipers somewhere if I can find them that would do the job, There in one of about 15 toolboxes.

I want to know the tip diameter so I can match the diameter of the butt of my furled leader up to it.

hello as another member said you need a micrometer to measure this and most would not have 1, as a retired engineer i have one but would not dream to measure this as think makes no difference, yes some lines have a thin end some thicker, and maybe the cheaper ones are thicker but realy if you think it makes that much different to turnover with a d/t or w/f with 8ft to 15ft of leader as most use then i think many including myself would be interested to know. all i know is the modern day plastic fly lines should do what is expected of them, anyway i have a barrio green line d/t 4 turns over nicely i have a d/t 5 silk turns over nicely. just enjoy your fishing.

Don't need a micrometer, a digital caliper is good enough: mine was £8 on ebay.

Royal Wulff is the only flyline company I know who publishes a recommendation for leader butt diameter to flyline rating. Unfortunately can't find it on their website but the info is published on the pamplet which comes with a Wulff TT line.

Roll cast, in answer to your specific question: my Barrio GT140 #6 floater has a tip diameter of 0.87mm (0.034"). Following Ally Gowan's advice on his website
fly casting leader
I have found that Hardy co-polymer in 0.54mm (0.021") has just about the right stiffness
