Talking First Wild Brown Trout. with picture.

Hey Guys...

Well I set out about 1-2 weeks ago to get me a wild brown Trout near Birmingham. Very proudly and head held high I managed to get one. Although If I caught another I wouldnt kill it but this being my first Id like to eat him

Have you guys got any recipes on how to cook him to get the best out of it? I normally feed to dog on rainbows caught from resers but this is just too special for the dog

A big Thanks to Revo.

Cheers Guys.

Hi pawprint congrats on your first wild brown trout.....nothing beats it....I think hobble was commenting on the look of the fish as when the picture was taken had the fish been dead a while??? As it wasn't the best looking fish but dont let me or anyone else take the joy of your first brown trout away from you. WELL DONE
Regards,
Tom

Well done on the catch but was it worth killing for the little meat you would get off it, I dont think so.
But whatever floats your boat.
And I think I know what Hobble really meant.
