Default Lake of Menteith

Fishing the lake on Tuesday. I've fished it a couple of times with very little success. Anyone got any tips that could help. Patterns or areas to fish.

Cheers Big Al

Stay in gateside bay, drifting inside stable point to the rookery, pink blob on first dropper, pearly invicta on second dropper and black/silver cormorant on point, fished on medium sinker till you find depth then change line and cast accordingly!

I fished it 2 weeks ago had some fantastic sport, the way i fished it depends on the weather, if the weather is good with a nice wind, use a midge tip, with a Sunburst Fab on the point, and a couple of crunchers on the droppers, i use the traffic light crunchers, if the wind gets up use a fast glass or di3 with Fabs again or cats whiskers, its a brilliant place with the hardest fighting fish i have ever caught and if you get into the blues hold on, the places i caught were around the cages and i think its the road shore, you should get plenty of help on here thats were i got all my tips and good luck enjoy
