Default Stalking Bugs

Hello.
Trying to decide on leader length for S/B and am unable to come to a decision, same length as rod or longer. My searching has given me a bit of information overload.
Thank you Colin.

Read through an article on stalking bug and they seem to suggest a long leader, not much more detail than that.

My opinion, you are not going to be able to cast those bugs very well so hinging is not going to be a problem, prob use a bow and arrow cast or chuck and duck over head

About a rod length is all you want, you won't or shouldn't be blind casting.Learn how to catapult cast and lay traps, false casting with S/B is a nightmare

No worries. If your fishing a big fish water the last thing you want is a smallish fish nabbing your normal type of fly by blind casting. There not called stalking bugs for nothing
