Default Free lake trout fishing in Graythwaite, Cumbria?

I just wondered what your opinions are about this place & if anyone has by chance fished the 2 1/2 acre lake in question.
Thinking about going there next May. It's £460 self-catering per week in & the trout fishing is FOC.
