I have to say the bargains that I have found over the last few weeks have been outstanding. I get my bonus from work on Monday and was looking about for some new gear and stumbled across these.

New Airflo 40+ twin tipped nano 9,6 7/8# rod with a airflo 40+ fly line and 100m of sightfree 3g fluoro- £95

Sonik SK3 9' 5/6# ROD with a SK3 7/8 REEL, SK3 7# floating line with 100m of SCIERRA backing, 6 floating braided loops, 2 WF 5# SCIERRA floating fly lines and 2 med view fly boxes- £150.

That 2 rods, 4 fly lines, 2 fly boxes, 1 cassette reel, 6 loops, 100m of backing and 100m of fluoro for £250.

Cant be bad eh.

The best thing is I know it is not all pish, well apart from the airflo 40+ but I will give it a go before I decide if the lines are as bad as everyone in the world says.

Bloody good deals. We Scots may have the reputation of being tight, but at least we know a good bargain. Try getting money out of a yorkshiremans wallet. Now thats tighter than a ducks a s s .
