Thigh Wader Help

Saw a couple fly fishing a river last week who were wearing thigh waders that came to five or six inches above the knee. I'm certain they weren't the type that connect to a belt but held up by elasticated rubber. Was thinking on the way home I should have asked them where they got them as continually hanging waders and boots up to dry after an hours fishing is a bit of a chore.These looked very dark midnight blue, anyone have any idea what make they were ?
