Default 5 Browns from Carmen but not a happy bunny

Fished Carmen Fishery today near Balloch had 5 browns 3 at 1½ plus 2 small ones had a very enjoyable 4 hours what may you ask is the problem. Well when i got there i asked how much was a 4 hour ticket was told £14 fare enough then he said i could take 2 fish told him i wouldn’t be taking any fish as i was on holliday for a few days. After my four hours went back to the cabin & a young lad had taken over, asked how many i had caught & what i had taken told him that i didn’t take any as i was on holliday so he said oh you were on a sport ticket i said do you do sport tickets then? he said yes £10 pounds for four hours told him that i said to the guy that i wouldn’t be taking any but at no time did he say that i could have just a sport ticket. The young lad never offered to refund my £4. Needless to say i won’t be fishing there again left a bad taste in my mouth, as a pensioner i need to watch my pennies i feel like iv’e been robbed, spoilt a very enjoyable morning.

What a shame that a mistake spoilt your enjoyment. The fishery definately list a 4 hour sport catch and release ticket for £10. If the £4 difference you were charged means so much you won't go back why don't you take the matter up with the owner.

If you had a great day and were happy paying £14.00 to start with, why complain? Also why complain on here when the man that could make a difference was standing in front of you at the fishery. Jon
