IMO this is a very difficult order. There are thousands of small changes which mean no one fly is suitable for more than a day let alone a month. Flies themselves are not limited to one month but many outings when appropriate. There are many books which give the typical hatches. I'm looking at one now The Complete Fly Fisher's Handbook. It lists 70 insects that may hatch in June and there are artificials to match these. Not all of these insects hatch in one area, or one river, or stillwater, so you have to be familiar with local flies and insects.
What you have suggested is good in principle but IMO not practical.
