Next month I return to Christmas Island to film a new DVD. We will be looking primarily at the fishing on offer there (Bonefish, Giant Trevally and a host of offshore fish) but will also cover the history and culture of the area.
It will all be shot in Full HD and will be cinematic. I have been having a lot of meetings with my cameramen and we are sure this will be one of the best fishing DVDs ever released. Even if you are not in to saltwater fly fishing it will be a pleasure to watch.

Good answer! Historically there has been a 'format' problem with US and UK recording/play back. The 'newer' DVD players (cost a bit extra) will play either way.

Will have to do a 'Google' and see if the equipment I have has that function.

We also have problems playing US DVDs as they are set for a specific region. These DVDs will not be restricted to a specific region so will play everywhere!

The two different DVD regions are called 'PAL' and 'NTSC'. The latter being the US version. Should help you when going through your DVD menu : )
