Default suggestions

ok some of you may know im off to florida on hols next month, i was hoping to buy a new rod out there. Some people suggested the basspro shop, so i emailed them to see if they stocked the rod i wanted (guideline fario) it turns out they dont stock guideline gear heres the list of gear they do Sage, Loomis, Temple Fork Outfitters, Orvis Frequent Flyer, along with their own White River brand.
Could anyone recommend a rod to keep an eye out for around the 8ft 3/4wt mark?
All suggestions very welcome

It may sound silly - but try the wallmart out there! I picked up my loomis from there for a hefty discount.

If it's cheap in America its from China - and your man is right first check Walmart and KMart - But you can have an excellent day out at Worldwide Sportsman in Ft Lauderdale and there's for sure a couple of belting shops in Orlando and down the Keys at Islamorada .

Some do real good food as well !

Have fyn

Try here Orlando Outfitters - fly fishing rods, reels, flies, gear and fly tying materials.
I bought a few Rods /Reels and got a good Discount. He knocked of the state Tax plus more and gave me a few Lines. Just a small shop but all the top gear.
