Default Copston Magna & Wolvey & River Swift

What can anyone tell me about Wolvey and Copston Magna.

Any help on the river Swift would be a help as well.

Default Re: Copston Magna & Wolvey & River Swift

Used to live at Sapcote many many years ago. The Swift used to hold a small head of Brownies and some nice Chub then and fishing was free - not many people fished it then though. A small brook rod was all that was needed, though some people trotted maggot under stick float, purportedly for the Chub.

Sorry I don't have any up to date info though as I left the area a very long time ago, but would be interested in reading some of the replies to see what's changed in that time.
