Hi Johnny, all depends on what line you are after. Any ideas? Is cost an issue?

Try John Norris, their own brand lines seem to get reasonable reviews and are cheap compared with others.

Hi There the 2 best and more importantly not to pricey floating spey lines in my!! view. Are the Rio powerspey 10-11 great for when its a bit windy as it cuts threw the wind. and can be used even when its quite a Strong upstream breeze.........The second line is the snow bee 2D an absolute delight to fish with but if the wind gets up it can take on a mind of its own and can end up with the fly embedded anywhere on your anatomy So i carry both when on the river... If you are just learning or not to proficient at spey casting go for the shorter 65ft heads , and as you improve or if you are fishing larger rivers you can move on to the 75-80ft heads. Both these line are about £ 50 if you search around. DON'T!!!! get the multi tip line sets which are about £100-150 a couple of 10ft slow to fast sink tips for a tenner does the job just as well Regards DAVE
